I'm such a horrible procrastinator...
Well some art was deleted too, but not too much. But a ton of groups were
deleted. The older ones were restored but the newer ones had to be remade.
Well most of the time when I give people a fave card, they don't reply, which is
what I expect. I don't usually reply to fave cards either unless I have
something else to day. Sometimes people will reply to my fave card with a
"you're welcome" or something and I won't reply (unless they made a
long comment which I felt I should reply to). But you're right, it can become a
big cycle...
Yeah, I guess they would talk differently in Spice & Wolf due to the time
period. I watched 2 eppys of it, and I'm saving the rest for later.
Yup Anime companies mess everything up. I mean, I'm grateful that
I'm able to own my favourite series on DVD and all, but still...

I knoww KyoAni's running out of time. I think Fuuko's arc could have been
condensed a little...all the episodes before the ending of her arc made it much
more meaningful, but all the while the drama club didn't seem to gain much
ground, and that's probably going to be the overall arc of the series like
Yuuichi with his memories. Maybe Clannad's just more focused on connections and
family and the drama club is just a side dish to that? Why else would they show
the Okazaki family issues? Maybe I'm hitting the wrong target or
something....gah wrote a lot I

Usually I don't like rewatching a series if I've watched it within a month
because my extra time is already really limited and I have tons of stuff to do
(and my stack of things to watch is always getting bigger ><). At first I
was like ew 4:3 and didn't download ep 2, but it's really tempting...it's a
little sad how much I've been thinking about this...
Yea...for some reason my vector mask was removed, and my shape with it. Which is
a real bummer because there were a lot of frills...I guess this time though I'd
be more used to curving and the lineart thickness that I like, so it'd be faster
and better ^^. Though with photoshop, I don't see much reason to start over
rather than photoshop being mean. I mean, like halfway through the lineart I
realized that my lines were too thin when I zoomed out and checked and it took
maybe 20-30 minutes going over and changing the anchor points...as compared to
like the 5-6 hours curving the lines
mmm yea I was able to get the first 5 episodes, but now that it's licensed most
subbing groups will avoit it T.T $270 for 13 episodes? I'm used to something
like $25 for 3 episodes, so...110 for 13? I bought Gunslinger Girls for $6- but
that was way after it was released...
Yea I've been reading the reviews, and all in all H2O just doesn't keep up with
True Tears...I'll give it a fair trial though ^^

Did you have a backup of KyoAni fans on your computer? Because it was a fairly
new group and I know it wasn't restored because the members and gallery were

Yea Wolf and Spice is really breaking in new terrain, just by putting everything
in a new setting and having a new theme. They make things like the character
design and backgrounds quite fitting though (imo the music sounds sooo
stupid...but that's just me ><).
Yea, DVDs are still pretty expensive. There was all this talk about how much it
costs to license and hire a cast and crew and that we should be grateful for the
prices (in japan it's like 7000 yen for 2 eps) but still it's hard to beat the
speed at which fansubs are released unless they license it right away (True
Tearsssss why? T__T)
Yep...and just for kicks they moved it to 7:15 this year, so my sister has to
wake up even earlier (If I'm up I make sure to poke fun =P). But you're right,
teenagers never do too well with mornings, and they actually do need a healthy
amount of sleep because it's an important stage in the development of their
brain...yep...and yet it's also the time when most people go rebel...sigh
Yes, Haruhi enslaved like the entirety of the younger generation in Japan. So
they milk the profits by merchandising all sorts of stuff. So if half of Japan
is enslaved by Tomoyo and the other half by Kyou....they'd even make figurines
out of side characters like...Ryou And
Sanae too (the pre-OP part of episode 6!)

Yea I know...I started getting more into anime than manga around 2005 and
there's so much stuff being released it's hard to look back and watch all those
shows with good reviews (like Full Metal Panic). Not to mention getting homework
done, and a job....(and practice for me T__T). So little time...
Yea I've been downloading it. It took me a while to get used to the new style
(art, animation, and humor) but I'm starting to see its good points. Those black
faces will always creep me out though...

Tomoyo gets more screen time in ep 17. Like Okazaki waking up to

I've seen the first episode of Wold and Spice, but I haven't noticed too much
about the speech...since I don't know that much Japanese to begin with, it's not
something that I'd notice right away ><. But I can imagine that the way
people talk would be different since the setting is a completely different era
than most anime are set in.
If only everything was free....like fansubs....just take out the illegal part
and it's good =D. Except for the companies =/
o_O you know techincally 8 hours of sleep a day is considered the ideal
amount...I'm starting to manage my sleep more now that classes don't start at

I haven't seen one of Ryou yet, and I think Kotobukiya's announced all the
Clannad figures that they're producing, but maybe someone else will make one...I

vector masks, but not paths ><. And free transform paths was new to me too
^^. btw, do you need to subtract the area around the eyes? I thought that you
could just layer the eyes in front of the face and it'd be good.

just finished Gurren-Lagann, though so gonna check them out pretty soon. Usually
I try to watch the first ep of each series and then choose the ones that I
like.(Is there a sub out for Minami-ke ~Okawari~ yet?)
^^ np. I could never imagine vectoring one of CLAMP's works since they're always
so detail, and you did a nice job. Sakura's dress (particularily the shading) is

Konata's right; I love browsing the stores. Like one day I found some nice anime
mousepads. It's the weirdest thing that you wouldn't think of buying online. And
last time I found an interesting little Haruhi figure of her sitting at the desk
in the clubroom with little accessories. I'd never seen it before.
Walking with your eyes closed is dangerous but it's not so bad when you know
your surroundings by heart. Ever since I was little I've been walking around the
house at night in the pitch dark; now I can go pretty much anywhere in the dark
without a creak :P So it works when your eyes are closed too.

participating I guess? >< You also get 5 (max) free downloads like every
day or so. It's really easy to miss something that's featured on the art page
because it changes so fast ><, but at least you know it's always quality

Actually looking at the scan you used as a ref, the color looks about the same
they just used soft shading so it didn't stand out as much and yea I can
understand wanting to finish something fast when it looks just about good =P
(sketching). And hey, as you practice you'll be able to outline stuff faster,
neh? ^^ (just look at ASH-Hikari's times =P). In the preview you couldn't see
all the detail in the frills ><...so I downloaded it =]. btw, thanks for
your hard work .

vector), most sites take licensed torrents off their sites, but I think www.torrentz.com leaves just about everything
up there (I use it for OSTs). It's a torrent, so it's probably gonna be slow,
but it's just about the only free way to get it ><. Or you could wait till
february to start buying the DVDs. But they're expensive...(insert random rant
here)

Does the artbox always come with worn corners for you? My FMP one (import) came
in kinda bad condition, but the DVDs were fine at least. I was looking on sites
and found this figure of Tomoyo (by Kotobukiya I think). I just had to buy
it...but 45 dollars? And like $10 for shipping. There was also a Kyou one...but
that'd total to $100...sigh. I always want to buy more than I should...and I
would, but there's only so many weeks I can survive on instant noodles ><.
Lucky Star just got licensed so it'll be a while (a year prob) till the DVDs
come out, so you have some time to recover from buying Haruhi and Air stuff =].
Kanon should be coming out soon, too...

KyoAni has been animating such good series...any more and I'd probably want to
start buying merch like crazy ><. I'd go right along with like half of
Japan in saying that Haruhi was revolutionary...and more! I found it hard to
watch the Toei Kanon too after I saw the KyoAni remake. Maybe it's because of
the character design. Maybe because the stories are much richer in the remake.
Maybe because I didn't see Mai dancing around in a dress as much...?
Makoto's story was so sad. I felt like I was watching an anime version of 1
Litre of Tears (a j-drama). To me the snow made everything seem really ethereal.
And it's pretty too ^^ (totally unrelated, but the last episode cycles through
the season a couple times if you look at the background. Caught me by surprise
rewatching it)

I think I loved Clannad even before it came out just because of that Key-KyoAni
thing . Of course the art in Kanon 2002 made the eye-mouth distance kinda...non
existant? (noses? ><), but that was animated by a different company (when
I saw the promo for the remake I did an imaginary dance). I also
love just about all of KyoAni's works (haven't seen Kiddy Grade though
>>'). I tend not to watch mecha anime either (Just RahXephon, FMP, some
Eva). And most ecchi becomes too flat and repetitive for me to care much about
it...well I like Shuffle (a lot..>_>) and when I recovered from the shock
(Makoto...)I got from School Days it wasn't too bad either. As long as the
characters are interesting and the story's good, I can find time to watch a
series ^^.

I knoww KyoAni's running out of time. I think Fuuko's arc could have been condensed a little...all the episodes before the ending of her arc made it much more meaningful, but all the while the drama club didn't seem to gain much ground, and that's probably going to be the overall arc of the series like Yuuichi with his memories. Maybe Clannad's just more focused on connections and family and the drama club is just a side dish to that? Why else would they show the Okazaki family issues? Maybe I'm hitting the wrong target or something....gah wrote a lot

Usually I don't like rewatching a series if I've watched it within a month because my extra time is already really limited and I have tons of stuff to do (and my stack of things to watch is always getting bigger ><). At first I was like ew 4:3 and didn't download ep 2, but it's really tempting...it's a little sad how much I've been thinking about this...
Yea...for some reason my vector mask was removed, and my shape with it. Which is a real bummer because there were a lot of frills...I guess this time though I'd be more used to curving and the lineart thickness that I like, so it'd be faster and better ^^. Though with photoshop, I don't see much reason to start over rather than photoshop being mean. I mean, like halfway through the lineart I realized that my lines were too thin when I zoomed out and checked and it took maybe 20-30 minutes going over and changing the anchor points...as compared to like the 5-6 hours curving the lines
mmm yea I was able to get the first 5 episodes, but now that it's licensed most subbing groups will avoit it T.T $270 for 13 episodes? I'm used to something like $25 for 3 episodes, so...110 for 13? I bought Gunslinger Girls for $6- but that was way after it was released...
Yea I've been reading the reviews, and all in all H2O just doesn't keep up with True Tears...I'll give it a fair trial though ^^

Yea Wolf and Spice is really breaking in new terrain, just by putting everything in a new setting and having a new theme. They make things like the character design and backgrounds quite fitting though (imo the music sounds sooo stupid...but that's just me ><).
Yea, DVDs are still pretty expensive. There was all this talk about how much it costs to license and hire a cast and crew and that we should be grateful for the prices (in japan it's like 7000 yen for 2 eps) but still it's hard to beat the speed at which fansubs are released unless they license it right away (True Tearsssss why? T__T)
Yep...and just for kicks they moved it to 7:15 this year, so my sister has to wake up even earlier (If I'm up I make sure to poke fun =P). But you're right, teenagers never do too well with mornings, and they actually do need a healthy amount of sleep because it's an important stage in the development of their brain...yep...and yet it's also the time when most people go rebel...sigh
Yes, Haruhi enslaved like the entirety of the younger generation in Japan. So they milk the profits by merchandising all sorts of stuff. So if half of Japan is enslaved by Tomoyo and the other half by Kyou....they'd even make figurines out of side characters like...Ryou

I've seen the first episode of Wold and Spice, but I haven't noticed too much about the speech...since I don't know that much Japanese to begin with, it's not something that I'd notice right away ><. But I can imagine that the way people talk would be different since the setting is a completely different era than most anime are set in.

Thanks for the tutorial ^^. I was able to figure out how to use the pen for vector masks, but not paths ><. And free transform paths was new to me too ^^. btw, do you need to subtract the area around the eyes? I thought that you could just layer the eyes in front of the face and it'd be good.

My order goes kinda like that too =]. Except like the first 3 would be all mashed into one big ball of happy. I think a lot of Ayu's arc was spent on Yuuichi regaining his memories rather than their relationship. I was hoping for KyoAni to do a Nayuki ending since Ayu ending was already done, but =( oh well. (btw, sleepy Nayuki is win! I laughed for so long when her head ploped on the table while Yuuichi was shaking her

oh I usually wait until the box set/thinpack comes out because it's cheaper. Does the artbox always come with worn corners for you? My FMP one (import) came in kinda bad condition, but the DVDs were fine at least. I was looking on sites and found this figure of Tomoyo (by Kotobukiya I think). I just had to buy it...but 45 dollars? And like $10 for shipping. There was also a Kyou one...but that'd total to $100...sigh. I always want to buy more than I should...and I would, but there's only so many weeks I can survive on instant noodles ><. Lucky Star just got licensed so it'll be a while (a year prob) till the DVDs come out, so you have some time to recover from buying Haruhi and Air stuff =]. Kanon should be coming out soon, too...
I guess it just takes a lot of money for people to make them...I guess? Is there a place I can download Photoshop or do I have to buy it somewhere? The last edition I have is Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or something and I imagine that many things have changed since then so I shouldn't get to comfortable with it ><
KyoAni has been animating such good series...any more and I'd probably want to start buying merch like crazy ><. I'd go right along with like half of Japan in saying that Haruhi was revolutionary...and more! I found it hard to watch the Toei Kanon too after I saw the KyoAni remake. Maybe it's because of the character design. Maybe because the stories are much richer in the remake. Maybe because I didn't see Mai dancing around in a dress as much...?
Makoto's story was so sad. I felt like I was watching an anime version of 1 Litre of Tears (a j-drama). To me the snow made everything seem really ethereal. And it's pretty too ^^ (totally unrelated, but the last episode cycles through the season a couple times if you look at the background. Caught me by surprise rewatching it)

I think I loved Clannad even before it came out just because of that Key-KyoAni thing
. Of course the art in Kanon 2002 made the eye-mouth distance kinda...non
existant? (noses? ><), but that was animated by a different company (when
I saw the promo for the remake I did an imaginary dance). 
I also
love just about all of KyoAni's works (haven't seen Kiddy Grade though
>>'). I tend not to watch mecha anime either (Just RahXephon, FMP, some
Eva). And most ecchi becomes too flat and repetitive for me to care much about
it...well I like Shuffle (a lot..>_>) and when I recovered from the shock
(Makoto...)I got from School Days it wasn't too bad either. As long as the
characters are interesting and the story's good, I can find time to watch a
series ^^.
Clannad is spring and winter?

Kanon is one of my favorite animes too (actually 2002 version one of the first I
watched) and Clannad is looking very promising so far even though I'm behind in
watching it (I like to watch things widescreen). I would watch Air too, but it's
licensed T.T and the thinpack isn't out yet. Basically, I like Kyoto Animation x

I like the story progression too...just too bad it's only 12 episodes (with 3 plots it seems like it should be longer =[ ). What kinds of anime do you watch?
