Welcome ^^. It's good to see another of your wallpapers. Not only is the vector good, but the grass and the mountains were also painted very well. I also like how you put in some leaves and blades of grass to simulate wind.

Love your music too ^^. Was rather surprised that the True Tears OST has come out already though...maybe I'll be able to get the insert at the end of ep 10 ^^

Aw, thanks ^^ I'm glad you liked it :D
I'm sorry I haven't replied to your other GB reply yet ^_^' I'm so slow >.<
Thanks :D That was my favourite song from the True Tears OST, even though the whole thing is good.
Actually, I have a group for True Tears, I have the OST for direct download there ^^ And other stuff too.
true-tears
And the insert song at the end of episode 10 hasn't been released yet, but it'll be on an album called True Tears Image and Insert Songs Compilation, being released April 16th. (Lol, since I made the group I've been reading everything I can find about True Tears XD)
Anyways I'll try to be more active :P Take care!

Quote by Kazeryu06220 O_O?! Must take hours to respond to all of that ><. Most of them are favs though...right?
Yea those classes are expensive...and anime is good and all ^^. Only most anime chars I've seen use pretty informal speech, so...
>< Being broke sucks. And the things you want only pile up...it's a downward spiral ><''
Yea I kinda feel the same way...like the paint would eventually get chipped off. I only get stuff online nowadays so it's a pain to buy them too ><.
Did you stop drawing when you began vectoring? Musta been for a while though to get that much stuff XD.
The fireworks at the Seattle Space Needle didn't work, which kinda sucked...but the neighboors were lighting their own until like...3:00 ><.
^^ I cleaned up my desk so there was room for them =]. Lahhh all of the Clannad ones look good, but I just got Tomoyo. And Kotomi if I don't run out of money by April >< (SakuraCon in Seattle is sometime in late March).
=D

Oh yea, I just got CS2 from a friend, and is the only way to vector lineart to create a shape and subtract everything but the edges..? I've only used photoshop to color stuff that I've inked and scanned ><

Late again! Lol >.< It's been mild chaos since MT's been hacked and things have been happening. For a while MT wasn't even working for me. Now that it's working again, I had to remake my group and whatnot. Luckily I'm catching up ^^ I'm sorry if my reply is rushed at all.
Yes, most of those notifications were faves. Now I'm having the most trouble with guestbook entries though. They seem to appear out of nowhere. A lot of them are just people thanking me for fave cards though, so it's not too hard.
True, most anime use informal speech. Although I hear the new anime Spice & Wolf uses some really complicated speech. Have you seen any of it?
Oh I know...I bought Air Volume 3 and I don't know if I can afford anything else now >.<
I stopped drawing a while before I started vectoring. I went drawing>walling>vectoring.
Aw, that's too bad. Lol, I wish our neighbours did fireworks until 3 in the morning. Since I'm usually awake then. They probably would've got in trouble though :P
Ooh, I wish I had that Tomoyo figure >.< Well I want them all of course. Although I haven't seen Fuuko yet. And I want one of Ryou! Do you think they'll make one of her since she's a side character?
Hm, you want to know how to vector now? :3 Try this tutorial, it's where I learned. I'm not the best at explaining it all:
http://www.ferricorp.com/public/forum/viewtopic.php?t=202
Well I hope I have more to say next time ^_^' Take care until then!
P.S. Since you probably know...can I ask a random question? If I want to say "Girls of Summer" in Japanese, do I say Natsu no Shoujo or Shoujo no Natsu? I'm not sure lol XD
P.S.S. Are you watching any new animes for the winter season? I'm watching True Tears, H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~, and Minami-ke ~Okawari~. I'm considering watching Spice and Wolf.

Quote by Kazeryu06wow lucky me I haven't logged in for a while and this is what I get =D. As usual it's an awsome vector (and fast too O_O). I like it much more than your last Tomoyo vector (Sapphire Eyes) which was also very good. Think what made the difference was the choice in colors (not as bright, highlights in hair don't stand out as much). I dno it feels a lot warmer and Tomoyo looks happier. Glad that you had fun making it too ^^ (always a bummer when you aren't motivated to do something)

Aw, thanks :D I'm really glad you like it :) I guess you're right, the colours do make it warmer than Sapphire Eyes. Plus I just adore Tomoyo when she's smiling, since she's serious so much of the time :D
And as usual, I'm sorry I still haven't replied to you >.<

Quote by Kazeryu06No problem ^^. It's always nice to see your vectors =P
Mhmm...need to see more Tomoyo, or at least more Tomoyo not in kuma-chan mode or comboing Sunohara out the window (must...have...Tomoyo arc...). Well that's at least for me, who watches the widescreen version and thus is lagging 2-3 weeks behind though I've read some summaries of Clannad's episodes and it looks like Tomoyo gets more screen time in ep 17. Like Okazaki waking up to Tomoyo's....exposed thigh? That and the storage room scene with Kyou. I'm tempted to just download #17 and just not pay attention to the 4:3 ><''.
It's alright that you haven't replied yet. I always make my posts way too long anyways XD
So apparently Photoshop decided to remove my vector mask...luckily I finished curving the shape and making a suitable thickness....but it's red so that I can see the lines over the background (original image) ><. Soooo....a big sigh and I restart (siiighh)
Oh yea, the series I'm watching are: Wolf and Spice, True Tears (licensed X-O), Shigofumi (licensed!T_T), Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Minami-ke~Okawari, and Persona Trinity Soul. Since True Tears is licensed, I'm probably gonna watch H2O~Footprints in the Sand...

Thanks ^^
You will get to see more of Tomoyo soon :) I have a feeling her arc will be next, or it will be intertwined with Kyou's. (They're running out of time! There aren't many episodes left 0_0). I don't know how you can wait for the widescreen version! I'd be dying >.< I'd watch the non-widescreen when it was released and watch the widescreen later (which I plan to do actually) but widescreen is nice so I can understand it.
No it's not you, I just reply late to everyhing ^^' I have a PM from my friend from months ago that I still haven't replied to 0_0 I'm trying to do some replying today though.
Photoshop..removed your vector mask? How does it do that? I don't know anything about vector masks really but...you really have to start over? That sucks! >.< I get so mad when I have to start over on something...although it does tend to come out better the second time.
Oh, so you're watching some of the same animes as me. I can't believe True Tears was licensed. Best new series in my opinion >.< And I want to buy it but it'll be so darn expensive! I can't afford $270 for 13 episodes.
H2O is good, but it doesn't even compare to True Tears...and the beach episode brought it down a lot >.<

Quote by Kazeryu06Ohh I was wondering why I wasn't able to access the forums...was it just groups that were deleted or art too? btw, you're a much busier person that I am, so I understand ^^.
What would you say to people thanking for fav cards...? Seems like it could end up like a cycle of thx's and np's...? Maybe I'm tired...
I've seen the first episode of Wold and Spice, but I haven't noticed too much about the speech...since I don't know that much Japanese to begin with, it's not something that I'd notice right away ><. But I can imagine that the way people talk would be different since the setting is a completely different era than most anime are set in.
If only everything was free....like fansubs....just take out the illegal part and it's good =D. Except for the companies =/
o_O you know techincally 8 hours of sleep a day is considered the ideal amount...I'm starting to manage my sleep more now that classes don't start at 7:30 (high school....><).
I haven't seen one of Ryou yet, and I think Kotobukiya's announced all the Clannad figures that they're producing, but maybe someone else will make one...I dunno, maybe being Kyou's twin is enough reason to make a figure out of her. At least I hope.
Thanks for the tutorial ^^. I was able to figure out how to use the pen for vector masks, but not paths ><. And free transform paths was new to me too ^^. btw, do you need to subtract the area around the eyes? I thought that you could just layer the eyes in front of the face and it'd be good.
It'd be Natsu no Shoujo since "summer" is the descriptor (is that even a word?)
I've downloaded a bunch of the new series, but I haven't watched them yet. I just finished Gurren-Lagann, though so gonna check them out pretty soon. Usually I try to watch the first ep of each series and then choose the ones that I like.(Is there a sub out for Minami-ke ~Okawari~ yet?)

Yay finally replying >.< I'm such a horrible procrastinator...
Well some art was deleted too, but not too much. But a ton of groups were deleted. The older ones were restored but the newer ones had to be remade.
Well most of the time when I give people a fave card, they don't reply, which is what I expect. I don't usually reply to fave cards either unless I have something else to day. Sometimes people will reply to my fave card with a "you're welcome" or something and I won't reply (unless they made a long comment which I felt I should reply to). But you're right, it can become a big cycle...
Yeah, I guess they would talk differently in Spice & Wolf due to the time period. I watched 2 eppys of it, and I'm saving the rest for later.
Yup >.< Anime companies mess everything up. I mean, I'm grateful that I'm able to own my favourite series on DVD and all, but still...
Classes at 7:30? That's crazy >.< In my opinion no high school should start before 9am! It's been proven that teenagers can't function in the morning anyways :P
I'm pretty sure there won't be a Ryou figure...well then again, there were Tsuruya, Ryoko, and Imouto figures from Haruhi, and they were all side characters...but Haruhi's insanely popular. Well if a Ryou figure does get made I hope its done well. I might just have to buy that one...
Subtract around the eyes? Well I usually subtract inside of the eyes where the colouring will go, so if that's what you mean then yeah.
Thanks, I get it. I was going to name a wall Natsu no Shoujo but the wall didn't turn out so great.
There's too much anime out there >.< I wish I had time to watch more...
Well you probably know by now, but yes I've seen some fansubs for Okawari. By Ayako, I think. They just seem to be a bit slow on the releases.

I have a closet built into the wall, but it's filled with clothes ><. I'm currently trying to clean out my room to be able to put some stuff up, but... X-O
I would take a Japanese course, but in 11 weeks you can only learn so much of a language...so I just watch subbed anime XD
Is there a Kinokuniya up in Canada? It's a Japanese bookstore, but it has a fair share of anime stuff. And .27mm pens =D. Not sure about figures though... I was looking online for some cheap stuff to buy and some of those anime keychains are so cute XD. Like Tsukasa's Keroro cellphone add-on thingy
You drew before you started vectoring? i try to keep all my stuff in a folder so I can look back and see how much I suck ><.
Thanks ^^. I also don't celebrate Christmas, but New Years is a big thing for Japanese. btw, why do anime girls always look so good in santa suits...? lah

oh yea...I finally got my figurines, and they look so awsome that I wanted to buy more. Then I realized I don't have any money. Until my next paycheck.....

Late again! Lol. But I'm actually doing good. I had 220 notifications and now I'm down to 9! (That's what I get for submitting 3 things in a row >.<)
My closet is actually pretty big, even though it's not a walk-in, but like yours it's filled with clothes >.< Even when I go through it all and clean it up, a few days later it becomes a mountain again.
I would love to take a Japanese course. But again, we have the money factor....the course is very expensive. Too bad...I'll have to continue trying to pick stuff up from anime :P
No, there's no Kinokuniya in Canada that I know of; actually I've never heard of it. Although the local bookstore does have a fair-sized manga section. But manga's not too hard to find. Oh man, Kanon Vol. 1 comes out tomorrow, I think. I still need Air Vol. 2 & 3, and I'm dead broke now >_<
Yeah, I have a few keychains, lets' see...Haruhi, Yuki, Mikuru, Chii, Sakura from CCS, and an Ouran one...I never use them as actual keychains though; I'm afraid to ruin them ^_^' Even of they were only $3.
Yeah, I used to draw a lot...but I doubt I could do anything good now. And my drawings didn't fit in a folder. More like 5 overly-stuffed binders.
I like New Years too, although it's not a big thing for me. I watched some fireworks from my window last night, and then watched the countdown on TV. That's as celebratory as I get XD
Oh, you got your figures! Lucky~ There are some gorgeous Kanon ones now, I want those ones...and don't get me started on the Clannad ones XD

Quote by Kazeryu06Hopefully you'll get lucky enough that that money lasts for the year =P. Or you'll have to be thrifty ><...but it's always nice when you can buy everything you want without worry (though it never happens XD).
Ganbate ne! Maybe if you frequent the store enough they'll be more inclined to hire you ^^'
Yea my room doesn't have much anime stuff either ><. I share a room with my brother, so only half at most would be...anime-fied...? XP But there is a wall scroll that I put up on the door and the bookshelf is filled with manga :D. When I get an apartment though.... XD
ohh kanji is so annoying ><. If everything was in hiragana it'd be alright, but....meh...must be nice for all those chinese people though. It'd be nice though to go to Comiket since there'd be tons of limited edition stuff....such a horrible buyer's trap...><.
I've never been in an anime store, so I guess I'm missing out =(
=O talented! I'd never be able to walk naturally in the dark...trip over something ><.
haha I haven't drawn in such a long time. Most of my stuff relies on refs, so nothing original. Like I have a drawing of Eve that I got from a chapter page in Black Cat. And some other Black Cat chars in different poses. Hopefully I'll be able to draw them in original poses....and not even gonna talk about clothes >__< (the folds....).

ahhh I just watched Clannad 8 (widescreen). Poor Fuuko T__T. Her tongue twister was unbearably cute though... I know it's Fuuko's arc, but something's bothering me. I'm not seeing enough Kotomi :(. Or Tomoyo...sighhhh >.< . It's like...a combination of Makoto and Ayu....but like a million times as sad
What are your new songs from? Don't recognize them ><

Sorry for the late reply ^^' I'm really tired right now so excuse my short reply >.<
True, and I hope they hire me there...
That's why I've always wanted a big walk-in closet. I would plaster every inch of it with anime stuff. Would be fun.
I don't know one letter of kanji (although once I randomly knew "ru").
Ah, Comiket...*dreams*
The anime store doesn't have much. Mostly DVDs and manga, and some figures and stuff. There are little knickknacks and keychains that might be interesting but it's not anything that important.
Walking in the dark is easy if you know the territory well XD
I used to draw like a maniac...all day I drew. I had tons of characters and storylines I'd made up...I forget most of them now, and I haven't drawn for a while.
And while I'm here...

Quote by shadowxlink2Tablet? What's that? I'm currently using shapes since that's what ASH-Hikari was using so I though I should use it too, and plus its a lot easier than paths. Photoshop is pretty complicated indeed. I had to look up some tutorials but some didn't really help. Luckily I took a class that had a bit to do with photoshop so I was able to learn a little from there, so that was my building block. When I first started here at MT, I thought I needed a lot of credits, I didn't know about then till a while ago, even though I was member here for some time. But now I feel like I have a lot of credits. I haven't downloaded anything from MT in a long time. Maybe I should since I have lots of credits :D. I'm surprised I'm on the art page too! I was really happy to see that. I wouldn't have noticed it but luckily ASH-Hikari told me about it so I'm really happy right now :).

With a tablet you can draw on photoshop using a pen like you would normally drawing. I don't have one, but I imagine it'd help a lot. Yea I don't understand the tutorials at all either XD. I guess the best is to just mess around with the program. =P I originally came to MT to get wallpapers. I'm not sure how you get credits though...just participating I guess? >< You also get 5 (max) free downloads like every day or so. It's really easy to miss something that's featured on the art page because it changes so fast ><, but at least you know it's always quality art =].

Ohh. That kind of tablet. I guess it would be more useful, but if the screen gets all scratched up, it would be pointless to have for me :). Trial and error is the way to go to find out about things! :D. I also originally came to MT just to get wallpapers, and I just learned of credits a couple of weeks ago. Basically participate in MT. Comments and such are a credit each, submitting things will give more credits as well I think. But I don't use my credits anymore since not really getting wallpapers anymore and trying to vector :). Yepp, the art page does change pretty fast. Quality art indeed :D.

Quote by Kazeryu06=P You wallet seeming a little thin lately? Anime did that to me too ><.
You could work there! Or they aren't hiring ><. I dno... Work from home? =O *shock*
Haha that's gonna be a problem for me too...most of my desk is taken up by computer and bunches of CDs and a CD player/radio thing. This guy has a post with pics of his room layout....sooo crowded. And his display case for figurines is packed....consequently he also laments over his descent into anime fandom (ascent...?).
Comiket...wait...that's in Japan O_O (Konata's "annual summer festival"). I just go to Sakuracon in Seattle (March-ish). Er I'm not sure when it was happening this year...I would check the site, but I can't read Japanese very well ><.
Buying online is nice since there's usually more stuff and you don't have to travel, but Konata brings up a good point about going to the store....like you can come across something interesting that you didn't know about (roughly quoted...=_=).
ahh cute avatar ^^ *steals*. Haha I always check mail and stuff when I get up so usually I'm pretty conscious when I start walking...but walking with your eyes closed is dangerous, yea? Nayuki must be pretty skilled to always get down the stairs safely in that semi-conscious state XD
laahh it says minimum# gallery submitted is 1...I think that's the min ><. muuu well I'll get around to scanning some stuff...soon.... ^_^'

Yeah, my wallet is getting thinner and thinner~ Especially now that it's holiday time (I don't celebrate Christmas, but I have another holiday). But on this holiday people tend to give me money so hopefully I'll get lucky XD
Oh, I really want to work at that anime store! But like you suggested, they're not hiring. I won't give up though; one day I eavesdropped on a conversation by the workers talking about how they got their job (well I didn't really eavesdrop; they were talking loud in a circle and I was right there). I won't give up! XD
My desk is full too. Plus I already have my Lacus figure here. My bookshelf has some room though. My room doesn't look very anime-ish though since I can't put posters on the wall (I won't get into why). But I have one on my closet door and one inside the closet, and some little anime things. Along with my DVDs. But it's still not too noticeable. I'm always so envious of the people with anime-covered rooms.
Yeah, Comiket is in Japan ;_; They have some awesome stuff... I can't read Japanese at all unless it's in romaji form. I'm trying to learn some kanji but it's impossible~
Konata's right; I love browsing the stores. Like one day I found some nice anime mousepads. It's the weirdest thing that you wouldn't think of buying online. And last time I found an interesting little Haruhi figure of her sitting at the desk in the clubroom with little accessories. I'd never seen it before.
Walking with your eyes closed is dangerous but it's not so bad when you know your surroundings by heart. Ever since I was little I've been walking around the house at night in the pitch dark; now I can go pretty much anywhere in the dark without a creak :P So it works when your eyes are closed too.
That's alright if you don't join~ Ooh, you have stuff to scan? Anything pretty? XD

Of course a ton of people fav'd it. I saw your vector featured on the art page, and that doesn't happen for just anyone =P.

Tablet? What's that? I'm currently using shapes since that's what ASH-Hikari was using so I though I should use it too, and plus its a lot easier than paths. Photoshop is pretty complicated indeed. Quote by Kazeryu06Haha true box sets usually take a while to be released, but I'm such a penny pincher and besides I'd have already torrented the entire series >_<. Yay Internet!
lahhh I wish I had an anime store close to me...closest is like 30 minutes away...T_T. How are the prices?
Usually I buy gashapon figurines since they're cheap and small (more desk space =]), but I decided to go for higher quality figures (Suiseiseki+Tomoyo+Belldandy = 18000 yen w/o shipping). So expensive X-O. If you go to a convention they usually sell stuff for good deals there if you can find the right dealer =]. But it looks like you'll be booked a while buying DVDs, neh? btw, get a job ><. I'm getting paid minimum wage but I work enough hours to get a sizable paycheck....to be spent the day after >.>. Instant ramen~~~. btw, I think paypal allows you to add a bank account if you have the account and routing number. Maybe...I don't use it, so....><
My order goes kinda like that too =]. Except like the first 3 would be all mashed into one big ball of happy. I think a lot of Ayu's arc was spent on Yuuichi regaining his memories rather than their relationship. I was hoping for KyoAni to do a Nayuki ending since Ayu ending was already done, but =( oh well. (btw, sleepy Nayuki is win! I laughed for so long when her head ploped on the table while Yuuichi was shaking her XD)
X-O It's telling me I have to submit something to fulfill the membership req T T. Maybe I can scan one of my drawings...or get my lazy self to work on a vector X-O. btw, love the music on the page, and the page itself is nice too =] (skim over the latest episode because I watch widescreen-->3-4 ep behind)

Yeah, I already have most of my fave series downloaded and burned onto DVD but I can't help but buy them anyways.
The prices at my anime store are normal. One DVD is $30 dollars, etc. (These are Canadian prices.) Once in a while they have a sale though. It's a very tiny place but I swear I could live there.
I just have two tiny figures (Lacus and Orihime) but I would love the better quality ones...they look so gorgeous! I don't know where I'd put them though. *Sigh* Darn anime.
I've never been to a convention but I hope to go someday. Once there was one right in my city but I wasn't able to go. >.< Where I'd really love to go is Comiket73, since they have some total love Clannad stuff, but oh well...has that con even happened yet? I know it was this month.
I still have a lot to figure out when it comes to ordering online. I'm working on it though.
I'm working on getting a job too, I just keep weird hours but I might be able to get a job that I can do from home in my own time. Thanks to my uncle.
Ha I love sleepy Nayuki too :D She's so funny, although she kind of reminds me of myself in the morning. I would walk with my eyes closed XD
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n280/ASH-Hikari/Other/Nayuki10.gif
You don't have to submit something to join. It's mainly just a place for people who like the series to gather and talk about it. Glad you like the page, I couldn't come up with anything >.<

Yes! I worked extra hard on the details; the hair took a while to do with the outlining and coloring! :D. I don't really notice the red curtains looking off. Well, I think there were actually 2 different shades for the red curtains but I was too lazy to do it because it would've made this vector a lot longer to do. I sorta wanted to get it over with after day 7 heh. The preview of the vector doesn't look as good as full view :\. Well, thanks for the comment and fave, see yaa

Actually looking at the scan you used as a ref, the color looks about the same they just used soft shading so it didn't stand out as much and yea I can understand wanting to finish something fast when it looks just about good =P (sketching). And hey, as you practice you'll be able to outline stuff faster, neh? ^^ (just look at ASH-Hikari's times =P). In the preview you couldn't see all the detail in the frills ><...so I downloaded it =]. btw, thanks for your hard work :D. Really enjoyed it

Ah.. I've still much to learn! I heard about soft shading and I got a bit of idea of how to do it from ASH-Hikari because she's giving me some guidance on vectoring. I actually wanted to do just the character, but I ended up doing the background as well since it matches well with the character. I wish I could outline faster. I'm working on another vector and it takes about 6 hours so far just for the head. Well practice makes perfect I guess. I didn't like the preview on the browser, it didn't look the way I wanted to, the quality looked really low so I was a little disappointed at it. But in the end, I'm satisfied because people are actually favoriting it, so that makes me happy. No prob! I expect to work harder! Probably not today since my sister is home and not at school so less time on the computer heh. K bye!

np ^^. Sorry I didn't really want to comment since I don't know much about vectoring so I wouldn't be able to say much ><. That said, I like how you outlined Aono's hair and kimono in a darker shade of their respective colors. It makes it a lot...softer? (need a better word....).

In response to where you download Shuffle! (Saw your post on shadowxlink's vector), most sites take licensed torrents off their sites, but I think www.torrentz.com leaves just about everything up there (I use it for OSTs). It's a torrent, so it's probably gonna be slow, but it's just about the only free way to get it ><. Or you could wait till february to start buying the DVDs. But they're expensive...(insert random rant here)

anyway thanx for sharing your thopughts with me!
Great you saved me.I found torrent!Thanx so much!

Quote by Kazeryu06wowww she's so pretty! There's so much detail on the dress (lace and stuff), and even then you managed to make her hair very detailed (my diction is lacking sorry >_<). The thing that stands out most to me is the shading on the red curtain seems off. Maybe it's just that the color is so much darker, or...i dno ><. btw, in the anime the hair didn't show over the eyes, but who says you have to do what the animators do, neh? =P.

Quote by Kazeryu06oh I usually wait until the box set/thinpack comes out because it's cheaper. Does the artbox always come with worn corners for you? My FMP one (import) came in kinda bad condition, but the DVDs were fine at least. I was looking on sites and found this figure of Tomoyo (by Kotobukiya I think). I just had to buy it...but 45 dollars? And like $10 for shipping. There was also a Kyou one...but that'd total to $100...sigh. I always want to buy more than I should...and I would, but there's only so many weeks I can survive on instant noodles ><. Lucky Star just got licensed so it'll be a while (a year prob) till the DVDs come out, so you have some time to recover from buying Haruhi and Air stuff =]. Kanon should be coming out soon, too...

I guess it just takes a lot of money for people to make them...I guess? Or they figured that since anime was so popular they might as well suck out every penny from the hardcore fans ><''. btw, <url=www.discountanimedvd.com>Discount Anime DVD</url> is having a Bandai sale right now (45%) for 3 days, so you can get your Haruhi cheap ^^.

Yea I kinda felt the same way. Maybe it's just because she was pulling all those pranks on Yuuichi. I actually liked Nayuki a lot even though she wasn't highlighted much (there was the race, and...).

Don't I have to apply or something...? ara?

True, the boxsets/thinpacks are cheaper. But I don't know if I can wait that long >_<
No, my artbox came in good shape, but I didn't order it online. I have an anime store near my house, and they ordered it in for me for free.
Oh, I've seen the Tomoyo and Kyou figures, the look really nice! Usually figures just look weird to me, but these were nice. Although I didn't like Nagisa's as much. And there are some awesome Kanon figures out now too. I've never bought a figure though (at least not a big one). They're way too expensive for someone with no income >_<
Kanon comes out on Jan. 1st, I believe. I hope I can finish buying Air by then, but I'm not sure. Plus I just ordered the Kanon Visual Memories artbook, I can't wait.
I don't think it costs all that much to make the DVDs. I think they just want all out money, like you said :P 'Cause after all, we're willing to spend it all. Waa, that's an amazing sale! So cheap! I wish I had a credit card >_<
I love Nayuki too. I think my faves goes Mai>Shiori>Nayuki>Sayuri>Kaori>Ayu>Makoto. Although maybe Nayuki should be higher. And this makes Ayu look bad. I like Ayu, I just think her relationship with Yuuichi was too rushed (when they kissed I was like "huh?").
For the group you just have to click join (click the banner or at the left where it says "apply for group"), then you'll be accepted :)

np ^^. I love the background a lot and it's just so cute ^^. I just don't see a Mai...but that's alright because Shiori looks lovely :D. (I've no right to criticize since I don't vector, but I'd have more clarity on the Nayuki snowman esp where she overlaps with Shiori)

yehaa you're right. the snowmen in front really looks too blurry. I am already working on that. I hope I cn update it soon.

Quote by Kazeryu06Welcome ^^. Sorry I don't comment though...I don't know how to use photshop or anything so I can't notice much difference in your works. Thus my comments will end up something like "=O sugoi~~" aka typical genericness ^^''. I feel I have to say something, so I'm looking forward to your next works :)

btw, do you like Myself; Yourself? I'm starting to give up watching harem anime, but if it's good...

That's alright :) You've taken the initiative to explain why you don't comment and you don't even need to do that :) I understand though. I never used to know what a vector was so I couldn't really say anything about them. Thanks though! This is better than the "nice wall" comments :)

Hm, well I've only seen 2 episodes of Myself; Yourself so I can't judge it yet. I don't like the concept of harem animes, but then again 2 of my fave series are Kanon and Clannad. Anyways I'm hoping Myself; Yourself will improve soon.

Quote by Kazeryu06er...I wasn't sure if the quote would quote all your posts so I decided not to risk wasting space ^^'' Anyways...maybe I'll go out and learn stuff about vectoring so I can appreciate your works more :D. Maybe when I get around to getting the newer version of Photoshop (I have 7.0 T.T) I'd start up coloring some stuff, but I'd probably get obssessive about making everything perfect-->take forever >.<.

I'm assuming Myself; Yourself is good enough to watch since you're following it? XD Kanon is one of my favorite animes too (actually 2002 version one of the first I watched) and Clannad is looking very promising so far even though I'm behind in watching it (I like to watch things widescreen). I would watch Air too, but it's licensed T.T and the thinpack isn't out yet. Basically, I like Kyoto Animation x Key alliance XD.
I'm watching ef-a tale of memories too =]. I think I was caught when I saw the prologue and the art is really amazing too (the clouds move!). I like the story progression too...just too bad it's only 12 episodes (with 3 plots it seems like it should be longer =[ ). What kinds of anime do you watch? (I can guess lots of KyoAni stuff from your fav anime list XD)

btw, I like your new page ^^. Maybe it's just because I started out listening to Clannad OP (Then Kanon's). And then there's Fuuko. And it's blue ^^.
(My friends say that I write a lot and make no sense if that hasn't shown itself by now XD. And I like parentheses ^^')

Well that would be great if you started to learn some Photoshop stuff, it's very fun :) And hey, I'm a perfectionist too, which is why I think it takes me longer to vector than most, but it's worth it if you get a good result.

Myself; Yourself has improved quite a bit. Now there are some "creepy elements" in the story...and I love creepy stuff >:D I also think that it's actually better than I think...I love Clannad so much that compared to that, every other series just doesn't seem as good to me. But that's not really fair.

I adore Kanon, although I never saw the 2002 version (I don't think I could handle the art style). And lucky, I saw Air before it was licensed. Now I'm working on buying the DVDs though. I can't wait until the day I fill up my shelves with Clannad!

ef is definetely interesting, and like you said they've got some darn nice clouds! I'm only on eppy 5 or 6 though. But yeah, 13 episodes never seems like enough. Yup, I love everything by KyoAni, all their animes are my fave :) Which is why I started a group for them. Besides that I'll watch most types of animes...I don't like stuff that's too ecchi or too mecha-y (then again, I like School Days and Gundam). But I'll try most animes at least once.

Glad you like my new page, it was fun to put together. I think I'll change it each season...and spring would have to be Clannad! :D And hey, you make plenty of sense :)

Quote by Kazeryu06ehh I'm late responding again ^^' Well since you're the only one that comments on my page it won't be hard to find neh? :D

XD Photoshop seems pretty complicated. I'm reading some of these guides and they're making no sense >.< (I suppose having the program to work with would help a lot too...). It's nice to hear that there's another pefectionist out there =]

I think I loved Clannad even before it came out just because of that Key-KyoAni thing XD. Of course the art in Kanon 2002 made the eye-mouth distance kinda...non existant? (noses? ><), but that was animated by a different company (when I saw the promo for the remake I did an imaginary dance). XD I also love just about all of KyoAni's works (haven't seen Kiddy Grade though >>'). I tend not to watch mecha anime either (Just RahXephon, FMP, some Eva). And most ecchi becomes too flat and repetitive for me to care much about it...well I like Shuffle (a lot..>_>) and when I recovered from the shock (Makoto...)I got from School Days it wasn't too bad either. As long as the characters are interesting and the story's good, I can find time to watch a series ^^.

Clannad is spring and winter? XD (looking at your occupation part). I always relate Shiori with winter for some reason...spring would be Ayu and summer Nayuri =]. Fall would be....Makoto? I dno >_<

just realized this but my name isn't on my profile >_<. (Since I can see yours it's hardly fair, right?) My name = Korry Ogami (for lack of a sentence). Douzo Yoroshiku ^^

Photoshop seems hard at first but once you play around with it a little you'll see it all makes sense. Yeah I'm a perfectionist, which is why it drives me crazy since I do so many imperfect things :P

Me too. Key-KyoAni is win! Yeah, Toei animated Kanon 2002, I don't think I could watch it. The Clannad movie is also by Toei I believe, but haven't seen that. Kiddy Grade is KyoAni? I only know the main five KyoAni did. Ecchi animes really are repetitive and predictable, especially harem ones. But I watch them anyways.

I relate all the Kanon girls with winter, except maybe Makoto. I love the snowy part of Kanon...

Ah, yoroshiku!

Quote by Kazeryu06Is there a place I can download Photoshop or do I have to buy it somewhere? The last edition I have is Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or something and I imagine that many things have changed since then so I shouldn't get to comfortable with it ><

KyoAni has been animating such good series...any more and I'd probably want to start buying merch like crazy ><. I'd go right along with like half of Japan in saying that Haruhi was revolutionary...and more! I found it hard to watch the Toei Kanon too after I saw the KyoAni remake. Maybe it's because of the character design. Maybe because the stories are much richer in the remake. Maybe because I didn't see Mai dancing around in a dress as much...?

Makoto's story was so sad. I felt like I was watching an anime version of 1 Litre of Tears (a j-drama). To me the snow made everything seem really ethereal. And it's pretty too ^^ (totally unrelated, but the last episode cycles through the season a couple times if you look at the background. Caught me by surprise rewatching it)

You can download Photoshop but it would only be a 30-day trial. I'm pretty sure you'd have to buy it (unless you have other ways, like me...). But I think Photoshop 7 should be fine. I don't know what it's like but I can't imaging it being all that different from the newer one. Plus 7 isn't that old.

I just bought the Air artbox with Air Vol.2, now I just need to fill it with all the DVDs. And Kanon starts being released in January. Goodbye money >_< And when Clannad gets licensed and starts appearing around here, I'm going to have to buy pretty much anything that has to do with it. Why is anime such an expensive hobby? Ah, even I have to admit Mai looked gorgeous in that dress. I plan to vector-wall her in it sometime. (Oh darn, I just remembered that Lucky Star has been licensed...and I still have to get the rest of Haruhi! Darn darn darn...)

Makoto's story was really sad. However, she's my least favourite out of the Kanon girls. I feel bad saying that because I do love her and I still cry whenever I watch her arc but for some reason I like the other girls more. I think I noticed the season-thing when I rewatched Kanon, but I think I need to watch it again.

Hey, if you're such a big fan of KyoAni like me, would you like to join my group? You don't have to but we'd love to have you. Just click on the button :)
